Substance Abuse Response Guide (SARG)
Under the Substance Abuse Response Guide (SARG), dedicated members of our community are working on the design and implementation of a Merchant Education and Certification Program in the City of Oakland Park, which includes compliance checks and recognition activities for vendors that are complying.
This initiative is expected to expand into other municipalities. Other outcome-based strategies, being implemented regionally, included a Media Campaign and Alternative Activities for youth.
